In the Scope Haus in Webergasse 34, not far from Art Basel (one of the most important fairs for modern and contemporary art), the SCOPE International Contemporary Art showed young, up-and-coming artists and galleries of the art scene, accompanied by a top-class, curated program. To mark its 18th anniversary, the SCOPE is cooperating with the Berlin Museum URBAN NATION MUSEUM FOR URBAN CONTEMPORARY ART. For both institutions, this collaboration serves as a major source of inspiration and strengthens the long-standing focus on urban art and young contemporary art.

URBAN NATION and SCOPE capture the latest developments in art with curated events from art shows, panels and discussions. With this year's focus on urban art, the fair and the museum focusses on socio-political themes such as the flood of media and images, the shift in global alliances, art in public space, community involvement and the role of women.
